What is your return and refund policy?

Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How Fast is your shipping ?

Confirm

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order needs authorization. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order. However, we will do our best to support your request.

 

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing

It usually takes 2-4 business days for your order while some items may take longer than expected.

Shipping

US: 5 - 8 days

International: 5-12 days

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Free shipping applies to orders over $29 in value (after discounts and before taxes) in all 50 states, territories, possessions, and Freely Associated States

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

 

All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

What will happen if I refuse to accept my delivery? If the order is returned to us, once we have received it, we will refund 50% of your payment to you.

Addresses that require specific logistics to be delivered, you need to contact us at support@cuddlyneeds.com when placing an order, otherwise we are not responsible for not receiving the package.

Note for taxes

International buyers - What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or customs when my package arrives in my country? Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future. Should an item not work out, let us know for a return or a refund. Please check out our return and refund policy.

Yes! All orders over $29 receive free shipping.
